Travel photographer claims to have shot the cleanest pond he has ever seen

Photographer Nathaniel Wise uses the camera as a means to explore our magnificent planet. Now he travels around the northwestern United States, taking breathtaking pictures of majestic mountains, lakes and forests every day. One of the most memorable series of photographs that he happened to take were views of the lake with the ominous name Diablo, which is located in Washington's North National Park.

Wise admits that here he saw the bluest water of all that he had to see during his travels. The electric turquoise color of the reservoir seems to vibrate against the backdrop of evergreen emerald trees. The amazing shade of water is due to glacial runoff from the mountain peaks surrounding the lake.
