A month of pan-Asian cuisine at the Nedalny Vostok restaurant

Tour of the famous New Zealand chef Shannon Batten, representing the resort Conrad Maldives will be held at the Nedalny Vostok restaurant from October 24 to November 24, 2018.

For the first time, Shannon will present to the court of the Moscow public a special menu of 7 classic dishes of the Asia-Pacific region in an extraordinary reading, for example, tuna tataki with ponzu sauce with truffle oil and mango or duck breast with spicy gravy, kumquat and Japanese tree mushrooms. In addition, visitors will be offered desserts popular in Asia, as well as a chance to win a trip to Conrad Maldives!

A young chef (Shannon was not yet 40 years old) began his career at the Langham Hotel in New Zealand's Auckland at the age of 18, after which he worked at the best places in the world, including the Edinburgh restaurants Maison Bleue and Number One at The Balmoral Hotel, owners of stars Guide Michelin. Behind his lunch and dinner for Hollywood stars, the British royal family and several presidents, as well as international acclaim from critics and experts, Shannon received many awards for his excellence, including 22 Conrad Maldives restaurants awards at the World Luxury RestaurantAwards last year.

His arrival in Moscow is timed to the opening of the world's first underwater residence with a panoramic view of Muraka, which in the language d (x) came to mean "coral" and whose happy guests will be able to appreciate the beauty of the sea depths in the comfort of their own rooms. Muraka is designed to fit neatly into the island reef, so guests can enjoy incomparable views of the Indian Ocean and enjoy the vibrant palette of underwater life.
